Evolution of “ChatBot” as an Interactional Tool between Computer and Human Beings

Chatbots are a perfect solution to provide human-like conversation, increase user attention, deliver quick responses and engage customers more deeply than ever.It is one of the most useful technologies that businesses can rely on, possibly replacing the traditional models and making apps and websites redundant.
